Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director, Accounting.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes ensuring
accurate financial reporting
Oversee the implementation of a new ERP system and manage the
Client Accounts team
Manage acquisition accounting and integration, including purchase
price accounting and valuation reports
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA Certification
required
7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including
supervisory roles
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and ASC 805 purchase price
accounting
Prior experience with ERP implementation; familiarity with systems
like Intacct or NetSuite preferred
Experience with custodial accounts or DAF structures is a plus
