Job Description:
A company is looking for a Registered Financial Customer Service
Professional to provide support in their call center.
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent service for customers' retirement savings
accounts
Educate customers on their accounts and communicate critical
updates
Process contribution changes, loans, withdrawals, and general
account changes
Required Qualifications
Availability to work a 40-hour work week, including occasional
Saturdays
Associate's degree or higher AND at least one year of customer
service experience, or two or more years of customer service
experience
Capability to work overtime as required based on business needs
FINRA Series 6 and 63 or higher equivalent licensure preferred
Fluency in both English and Spanish is a plus
