Litigation Attorney | Insurance Defense | Make a Difference
Mission Recruiting is representing a fantastic search for a
Litigation Attorney to join a boutique civil litigation practice
with a strong focus on insurance defense and complex case strategy.
The firm operates in a highly collaborative environment with
consistent workflow and a long-tenured team. This role offers
hands-on involvement across all phases of litigation. Attorneys
will manage file intake, client communication, written discovery,
depositions, and motion practice. The practice emphasizes trial
readiness, providing opportunities to second-chair trials and
develop toward independent trial responsibility. The platform
supports attorneys seeking meaningful case ownership within a
structured but collegial setting. Leadership is accessible, and the
team operates with a high level of coordination and professional
trust. Compensation includes a base salary ranging from $90,000 to
$180,000, depending on experience and alignment. Attorneys are
eligible for discretionary year-end bonuses tied to firm
