Technicians To ensure our properties are maintained at the highest
level, maintenance technicians will need to: · Respond and complete
maintenance requests · Responsible for apartment turns · Contribute
to the team by being aware of and relaying information regarding
the apartment community’s general appearance and condition · Be
knowledgeable in electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting an
appliance diagnosis and repair · Must be a team-player, under the
direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and property manager
Qualifications of a maintenance technician: · 6 months experience
in apartment maintenance or related fields · Maintenance
technicians must have the ability to prioritize and manage daily
workload to ensure successful completion in a timely manner ·
Positive attitude a must and strong communication skills · Ability
to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds · HVAC and CPO certification
