Perform advanced troubleshooting using diagnostic tools and technical data. Conduct repairs according to manufacturer specifications and dealership guidelines. Complete repair orders accurately and timely while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Communicate repair status and recommendations with service advisors and other team members. Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of manufacturer bulletins, recalls, and service procedures. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training preferred. Ford certification required. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in various physical positions and conditions. Excellent mechanical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills. Must be a team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
