Service Detail Supervisor is responsible for work allocation,
supervision and training of a team of detail technicians to
assureensure efficient and productive team performance. . What are
the day-to-day responsibilities? Schedule and assign daily work
objectives for the service detail technicians Monitor performance
and counsel service detail technicians with behavioral or
performance issues Train, coach, supervise and assist the service
detail technicians Maintain a safe and efficient shop area that is
free of hazards Maintain an objective assessment of each service
detail technician's training, skills and abilities With the
assistance of the service consultant and service manager, chart the
performance of each service detail technician Coordinate ongoing
training for the service detail technicians and maintain a log of
the completed training and certifications received Maintain a
schedule of the service detail technician absences for training,
vacation or personal reasons to assure proper staffing to meet work
demands Conduct team meetings with the service consultants and
service detail technicians to assess prior day performance and
review work assignments for the day What are the requirements for
this job? High School Diploma or equivalent Excellent verbal and
written communication skills Must have a valid driver's license
Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles Demonstrated customer
service skills Two or more years of supervisory experience
(preferred) ranges between $45k - $65k annually Exciting Benefits
