Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Engineer, Aircraft
Performance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop drag modeling methodologies and create drag models for
aircraft performance analyses
Develop computerized aircraft performance programs and methods for
analyzing all aspects of aircraft performance
Plan and participate in flight test campaigns to analyze
performance data for development and certification
Required Qualifications
B.S. in Aerospace Engineering or a relevant discipline
5-7+ years of experience in detailed performance analysis on fixed
wing aircraft
Strong knowledge of performance methodologies and software
development for performance data tools
Experience with simulation and flight testing for aircraft
performance
Familiarity with scripting languages and simulation tools (e.g.,
Python, MATLAB)
