Job Description:

Los Serranos Country Club, a JC Golf property, has an exciting opportunity for a reliable,experiencedFood & Beverage Managerwith strong customer service skills. This role will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the Caf--, Beverage Cart, and Catering; to coordinate with the Tournament Office and Catering Manager, if applicable, regarding upcoming events and plan menus accordingly; and to ensure exemplary customer service at all times.

The expected base wage range for this position is: $28.15 to $34.40 per hour. This position may be eligible for additional compensation according to the Company's policies, as they may be amended from time to time.

HIGHLIGHTS OF WHAT YOU GET TO DO:

--- Understand and respond to all guest needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.

--- Continuously interact with guests while on duty to ensure professional, personalized service throughout their meal and to encourage staff to do same.

--- Maintain a purchase order system, and par stock levels on all Food & Beverage products, and to control spoilage and waste.

--- Oversee and reconcile monthly Food & Beverage inventory.

--- Attend weekly staff meetings with the Catering and Tournament departments.

--- Ensure the proper execution of all food and beverage functions as stated in the BEO, including meeting all customer specifications and special requests, overseeing room set-up and breakdown, and ensuring proper staffing for each function.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

--- Efficient, reliable, safety minded with high quality standards for production and service.

---Minimum 5 years experience in Food & Beverage

---English fluency required

--- Role involves pouring and serving alcohol; must be at least 21 years of age.
