Key Responsibilities
Identify governance opportunities and provide guidance on
operational and administrative procedures
Develop and write comprehensive policies and procedures aligned
with organizational goals
Catalog, review, and update existing policies and procedures to
ensure compliance and accuracy
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in English, business administration, public
administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience in policy writing, governance controls, or
process management
Superior technical writing and editing skills
Strong analytical and research skills
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple
projects simultaneously
