Certification Experience.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the roadmap for professional certification
experiences, enhancing user engagement and conversion
Optimize the certification experience across enrollment,
onboarding, and credentialing processes, implementing user feedback
for improvements
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure regulatory compliance and
enhance platform functionality using emerging technologies
Qualifications & Experience
5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years
in certification or professional learning
Strong understanding of learning technologies and digital
credentialing
Experience collaborating with accreditation bodies and managing
stakeholders
Proven ability to drive product adoption and optimize user
engagement strategies
Experience with data analytics and user research to inform product
decisions
