A company is looking for a Manager, Compliance & Member
Materials (Medicare).
Key Responsibilities
Manage the development and compliance of Medicare marketing and
member materials
Lead the Duals Medicare Communications Compliance team and ensure
adherence to regulatory requirements
Oversee team performance, conduct evaluations, and manage resources
to meet departmental goals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in health plan member materials development
and compliance in a Medicare Managed Care environment
Previous supervisory experience managing cross-functional teams on
large-scale projects
Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
Experience in hiring, training, and managing staff performance
