Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Therapist, Outpatient.
Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical and administrative supervision to outpatient
therapists
Oversee hiring, performance appraisals, and ensure completion of
clinical duties
Conduct clinical team meetings and support crisis management for
clients
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Master's degree in Human Services or related field
Valid driver's license
Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), Licensed
Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family
Therapist (LMFT)
1 year of clinical supervision experience
2 years of counseling/therapy experience with children and adults
in a behavioral health capacity
