Job Description:

A company is looking for an Outreach Pharmacy Specialist to join their Senior Care Outreach team.
Key Responsibilities

Review, update, maintain, and monitor pharmacy information for customers
Conduct outbound educational calls regarding medication adherence to members and healthcare providers
Motivate members to refill prescriptions and coordinate communication with providers and pharmacies

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
2 years of experience in a retail pharmacy
1 year of experience in a pharmacy setting with knowledge of medical terminology
1 year of technical or operational experience
Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB or NHA) required
