Pay Information $50 to $58 per hour About The Position Job Description Position: Registered Nurse – Case Manager Unit: Case Management (2909.861060.27322) Location: 15031 Rinaldi St, Mission Hills, CA 91345 Start Date: July 7, 2025 Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 5x8-Hour Days | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend As an RN Case Manager, you’ll coordinate care planning, discharge processes, and patient transitions in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, critical thinking, and experience managing patient cases across a variety of medical conditions and care settings.
