currently looking for a full-time Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Program Coordinator who shares our vision of providing high-quality
ABA services to new regions and markets in the United States. We

attributes to fit the role. As a Program Coordinator, your primary
responsibility would be to establish and lead a team of quality
clinicians including Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs),
Associate Clinical Supervisors (ACS') or other mid-level
supervisors, and Behavior Technicians (BTs). You will ensure that
each client and their family is treated with respect, compassion,
and empathy. You will work towards creating programming that caters
to the specific needs of the client while adhering to ethical and
diligent BACB standards and Holding Hands Policies. This position
is responsible for providing the highest level of training and
quality assurance to the ABA programs at their assigned clinic. The
Program Coordinator will regularly conduct on-site, quality
assurance checks during direct supervision, parent-training, intake
assessments, and therapy sessions. This individual will create and
structure weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals for the supervisors
assigned to their clinic. This individual will be critical in
ensuring the highest level of programming, parent training, and
overall, ABA service care delivery for every single client and
family. This individual will ensure that every report,
recommendation, and policy represent the very best of our field and
practice. They will also ensure that each client receives the full
amount of supervision, parent training, and therapy to meet their
highest level of potential and outcome. Continuing to seek the most
updated research, treatment protocols, and standards in ABA is
critical to this position and its success. The Regional Director
will oversee your role as the Program Coordinator. Key
Responsibilities As a team leader, you will be responsible for
building and leading a team of quality clinicians (BCBA, ACS, BT),
recruiting, motivating, and developing internal and external talent
for local clinics. You will provide clinical and administrative
oversight to BCBAs and ACS' in your home clinic and assist them
with urgent clinical matters. You will maintain at least 30
billable hours per month to monitor quality assurance (QA). You
will be responsible for performing QA of clinical treatment plans,
client paperwork, reports, sessions, and billing. You will also
conduct frequent observations of clinical supervisory staff
including quality assurance checks on direct supervision, parent
training, intake assessments, and therapist training and
mentorship. You will ensure that all BCBAs and ACS’ are providing
the highest level of clinical assessment and programming, and that
all behavior intervention plans are of the highest level for all
clients. You will problem solve and ensure the best possible
outcome for all clients, ensuring that clients who are displaying
regression or a lack of progress receive appropriate support and
guidance to ensure the best possible results. You will monitor
supervisor contract fulfillment and ensure that supervisors and ACS
staff are meeting fulfillment requirements. You will collaborate
with the Office Manager and Scheduler(s) to ensure that client’s
schedules meet recommended treatment across direct treatment,
supervisor, and parent training service lines. You will also ensure
that all parent training is conducted and occurring at the best
levels of care and that all clients receive the appropriate
recommendations and parent training hours. As a liaison between
BCBAs, ACS’, BTs, clients, and their caregivers as well as HR,
Billing, Credentialing, Admissions, and Training Departments, you
will monitor schedules on Rethink to ensure BCBAs and ACS’ on your
team are following ethical billing policies and guidelines. Conduct
monthly supervisor performance review and feedback of billable and
non-billable hours. Provide supervision hours for BCBA candidates
as appropriate. Conduct quarterly and yearly supervisor
evaluations, create and help manage a balanced case assignment for
all BCBAs and ACS’ on their team. Collaborate with the Admissions
team and Regional Director regarding prospect pipeline. Help new
clients start services in a timely manner and effectively manage
the clinic ABA waitlist. Staying current with research in ABA, you
will conduct a minimum of one CEU (Continuing Education Units) a
year for the whole ABA team and participate in regular training and
case study review calls with the Clinical Department. Assist the
recruiting team with interviews for new staff and collaborate on
new hiring needs for their home clinic. Assist with the
implementation of goals, objectives, policies, and procedures for
the clinic and oversee the clinic's compliance with legal policies,
guidelines, and standards of the governing boards. Support client
terminations for assigned clinic. Provide on-going support,
mentorship, and performance evaluations for direct reports. Assist
the Office Manager/Scheduler and Regional Director as needed with
employee relations. Assist in high level parent training and
supervision when appropriate. Assist with onboarding and training
of new BCBAs and ACS'. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise A BCBA
certificate is required with at least 3 years of experience in the
field, 2 years of management experience is preferred. Ability to
exercise sound judgement when making decisions. Strong leadership
and management skills. Excellent customer service skills. Effective
verbal and written communication skills. Solution-focused
problem-solving skills. Knowledge of clinical field policies and
procedures Capability to delegate tasks and action items as
required. Compassion for working with a diverse population of
clients and staff. Ability to be empathetic but also firm when
needed. Strong organizational and prioritization skills. Completion
