* *Duties & Responsibilities:*

* Greet incoming customers immediately whenever possible

* Have thorough knowledge of food and beverage menu and make suggestions to customers

* Take orders and serve food and/or beverage to customers

* Cashiering duties including preparing checks and processing payment through POS system

* Ensuring cleanliness in dining area including but not limited to removing dishes from tables and taking them to the kitchen for cleaning, refilling sauces, and cleaning sauce containers as needed

* Set up tables in preparation for the next customer

* Will also be responsible for general housekeeping duties of the restrooms

* Stock service areas with supplies when needed

* Maintain personal health and sanitation standards

* Must be knowledgeable of all safety codes per BP's guidelines

* Ensure compliance with BP's code of ethics, integrity, and conduct

Pay: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour
