Job Description:

Summary: The position is responsible for supporting the company's payroll system, process and implementation, including daily, bi-weekly, monthly and annual tasks and reports. The ideal candidate is interested in learning and professional growth, has an interest and passion for detail, organization and numbers, and enjoys working with a team toward a common goal while assisting different teams to increase payroll service performance and improve upon the payroll system. Job Responsibilities: Process payroll for salaried and hourly employees Reach out to employees via phone and email to obtain timesheet approvals Resolve payroll discrepancies and answering any employee payroll queries Process rush termination checks, pay adjustments and bonuses Review quality control report to ensure accuracy Organize data into spreadsheets and the payroll system Prepare reports to relevant departments about payroll, company budge and expense using ADP Workforce Now Ensuring compliance with current government regulations PTO accrual updates and reconciling Prepare bi-weekly payroll reports Work with company database programs to process payroll Experience & Education: Associate's or bachelor's degree in business or accounting preferred Ability to learn company systems Ability to understand statistical data and mathematical concepts Minimum of 1-3 years' experience in a payroll position fast-paced environment required Accounting or financial-related coursework is preferred Proficient in Microsoft Excel Proficient in ADP Workforce Now or equivalent Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Word.
