Job Description Job Description Position Summary: We are seeking a Director of Patient Care Services (DPCS) to oversee the clinical operations of our home health program . This role ensures patients receive exceptional in-home care while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance standards. Responsibilities: Lead and supervise home health nursing and clinical staff. Oversee patient admissions and ensure care plans align with patient needs. Monitor compliance with home health regulations and standards of care. Train, mentor, and retain clinical staff. Partner with families, caregivers, and providers to deliver effective in-home care. Qualifications: Current RN license; BSN or higher required (Master’s preferred). Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, including 3 years in home health and 1 year in leadership. Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid home health regulations. Strong organizational, decision-making, and communication skills.
