Job Description Job Description Role - Tax Preparer Location - Century City, Los Angeles, CA Work Type - Onsite and Full-time A well-established and growing CPA firm in Century City is seeking an experienced Tax Director. Role and Responsibilities As a Tax Preparer, you will: Prepare federal and state tax returns for individuals, trusts, partnerships, and business entities Gather, organize, and analyze tax documents and financial data Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable tax laws Assist with tax planning and projections under the guidance of senior tax professionals Communicate with internal teams to resolve tax questions and obtain missing information Meet filing deadlines while managing multiple engagements Qualifications Experience: 3-7 years of tax preparation experience Licenses: CPA, EA, or active progress toward certification preferred Education: Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Accounting Skills: Proven leadership and team management skills with strong client-facing communication abilities Availability: Must work in-office full time at the Century City location; no remote or hybrid options available Benefits Health: Industry-leading medical, dental, vision, and FSA plans Retirement: 401K with generous matching contributions Environment: Bright, modern offices in a collegial family environment Company Description W3Global was established in 2006 in Fremont, CA with a vision: simplify the recruiting process and develop an industry-disrupting platform to connect candidates with clients.
