Location: Northridge, CA (Hybrid) Compensation: Up to $75,000
annually (temp assignment) Our client in the Northridge area is
seeking an experienced Recruiter to support talent acquisition
efforts on a temporary, hybrid basis. This role will focus on
full-cycle recruiting and partnering with hiring managers to meet
ongoing staffing needs. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle
recruiting for exempt and non-exempt roles Partner with hiring
managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements Post
positions, source candidates, and manage applicant flow Conduct
phone screens and coordinate interviews Utilize Workday to track
candidates and maintain accurate recruiting data Prepare and extend
offers in alignment with company guidelines Ensure a positive
candidate experience throughout the hiring process Support
recruiting projects and reporting as needed Qualifications Prior
experience in a recruiting or talent acquisition role Strong
proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
Hands-on experience with Workday required Excellent communication
and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple requisitions
in a fast-paced environment Experience in a corporate or
high-volume environment preferred Work Environment Hybrid schedule
(combination of onsite and remote work) Temporary assignment with
potential for extension based on business needs Pay Details:
