Job DescriptionThe LegalConnect SaaS platform automates the delivery of legal documents, data & payments between law firms, case participants, and courts. The system's multi-tenant architecture supports a wide variety of partners and customers with a suite of front-end APIs and back-end integrations to court systems and financial services applications.As part of the Partner Success Team this key role will have primary duties providing technical support for the LegalConnect platform, including monitoring & troubleshooting system components and transactions, investigating issues, and coordinating issue resolution. Additional duties will include contributing to the company's Quality Assurance efforts to validate system fixes and software release readiness. The ideal candidate is self motivated, enjoys problem solving, and appreciates the importance of quality customer service. The position will report to the Director of Partner Success and be located in the company's Chino Hills headquarters while collaborating closely with a global team.Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of customer impacting technical issues, diving deep to investigate, troubleshoot, resolve, or document for engineering resolution
  • Monitor transaction flow through the platform, ensuring smooth and error free flow of documents and data to and from the many stakeholders and system integrations
  • Develop procedures and systems to monitor and report transaction issues and errors; identify system improvements and tools to reduce errors, self heal, or alert stakeholders
  • Lead Quality Assurance testing and verification of fixes for customer reported technical issues
  • Contribute to Quality Assurance testing activities of the Software Development LifecycleQualifications
    • BS in Computer Science, equivalent degree, or equivalent professional experience
    • Must be a self-starter; able to manage work queues and work closely with the development and product teams
    • Clear and concise communication skills; including raising issues, risks and resolution strategies
    • Experience with issue tracking & documentation tools such as Jira, Confluence or others
    • Knowledge of SDLC methodologies, including Agile & Scrum
