Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Adoption Manager to drive
customer success through the adoption of technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring best-in-class
execution and recommending operational improvements
Conduct technology assessments, roadmap reviews, and provide
deployment guidance to optimize customer outcomes
Collaborate with multi-functional teams to drive strategic customer
outcomes and enhance the overall customer experience
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute for
education
12+ years of related experience in customer-facing roles
Experience with enterprise-level virtualization and VMware's
Virtual Cloud Foundation products
Ability to communicate effectively with C-level personnel
Top Secret security clearance with polygraph required
