compensation between $95,000 - $115,000, PLUS an annual
performance-based, discretionary incentive. Compensation is

You Will Do - Essential Functions As a Business Intelligence
Developer, you will be responsible for aggregating data from
multiple data sources and designing, building, and supporting
enterprise level BI and analytics solutions that will enable
business users to make informed business decisions. The individual
will work closely with business stakeholders to gather
requirements, design and develop reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc
queries against Lucet’s data warehouse and operational systems. In
addition, the role will collaborate with the larger Reporting and
Analytics and Data Engineering teams to provide advice and
requirements for data modeling, predictive analytics, data
visualization, and data governance. Data Analysis & BI Solution
Development Perform analysis of data sources, business processes
and data mining to understand the nuances, integrity, completeness,
and accuracy of the data. Utilize tools such as SQL, SSIS, SSRS,
and Tableau to architect business intelligence and reporting
solutions. Design and implement best-practice BI solutions and
reports that will support business decisions. Stakeholder
Collaboration & Support Consult with all levels of users to help
them solve problems regarding the use and management of data as
well as work on design, maintenance, and completion of highly
visible organizational projects. Establish and maintain cooperative
and supportive relationships with customers and stakeholders Create
and maintain of data domain specific documentation including
reporting requirements and data maps. Project Management &
Continuous Improvement Manage multiple tasks/projects to timely
completion with attention to detail and responsiveness. Demonstrate
independent thought, critical thinking, and a proactive approach to
problem-solving. Support data governance initiatives, including
metadata management and data stewardship. Adhere to Lucet’s Mission

regarding privacy, confidentiality, and security of health
information, and other designated information. Who You Are Required
Qualifications Behavioral health and EAP experience required. BS/BA
degree plus with demonstrated experience in BI, with experience in
Healthcare Industry strongly preferred Strong knowledge of SQL
queries, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server
Integration Services (SSIS). Experience with SSAS is a plus.
Proficiency in analytic tools such as SQL,SAS,R or Python Strong
experience with Tableau and familiarity with other data
visualization tools In-depth understanding of database management
systems and data modeling (relational and dimensional) Experience
in data warehousing, particularly within the healthcare industry
Experience building scalable BI applications Experience working
with end-users and translating their business needs into technical
solutions Good working knowledge skills with Microsoft Office
products. Good working knowledge of gathering requirements and
agile processes. Analytical mindset with a problem-solving aptitude
Willingness to work occasionally outside of normal business hours.
Ability to pass background check upon hire and throughout

validation/trace search (LEIE), education report (highest degree
obtained), civil upper and lower search, 7-year employment report,
federal criminal search, statewide criminal search, widescreen plus
national criminal search, health care sanctions-state med (SAM),
national sex offender registry, prohibited parties (OFAC)
(terrorist watchlist), and a 10-Panel Drug Screen. Preferred

home with company-provided equipment. Sitting for long periods of
time is expected and use of fingers and hands for typing is
necessary. A quiet workspace with minimal background noise for
calls. High-speed internet service (cable or fiber optic) with
minimum download Speed of 20 Mbps, Upload Speed of 5 Mbps, and
Maximum Latency of 100 milliseconds (must be installed before
