Compensation: $150,000 - $225,000 yearly DOE plus bonuses Responsibilities: Lead and manage family law litigation cases from inception to resolution, ensuring the best outcomes for clients. Collaborate with our team to develop strategic case plans and innovative legal solutions. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations with confidence and professionalism. Draft, review, and file legal documents, motions, and pleadings with precision and attention to detail. Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and stay updated on family law developments. Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear guidance and updates throughout their legal journey. Mentor junior attorneys and paralegals, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment. Qualifications: Experience in family law litigation, with a strong understanding of California family law. Ability to lead and manage cases from start to finish, ensuring client satisfaction and successful outcomes. Proven track record of effective courtroom representation, mediation, and negotiation skills. Strong legal research skills to support case strategies and stay current with legal developments. Excellent communication skills to provide clear, empathetic guidance to clients throughout their legal journey. Ability to draft, review, and file legal documents with precision and attention to detail. Experience mentoring junior attorneys and paralegals, fostering a collaborative team environment.
