Come join our team!What your future looks likeVerify and maintain records on work orders and incoming shipments. Issue RMAs for the returning of product. Duties include receiving, unpacking, RMA, verifying and recording incoming merchandise or material; and arranging for the transportation of products.Receive RMA requests via email from various customers, fill out required forms, and reply back issuing the RMAReceive daily LTL and parcel delivery from various carriers, verify quantity, weight, condition, etc., sign POD properly, and transfer to the RMA receiving linesBreak down boxes, review RMA paperwork, inspect products, confirm returned product matches RMA, receive RMA fast and accurately in system, and keep complete files in the right locationRemove customers' stickers, sort products by model and condition correctly, and able to do trouble shooting like discrepancy per SOPKnowledgeable on moving and pallet building, stretch wrapping manually, counting and signing stock transfer documentsPack item kits in accordance to specifications provided by the companyOrganize the work site clean and clear, follow all safety requirements strictlyAbility to work full-time, Monday through Friday, and open to overtime if neededOther jobs assigned by manager/supervisor/team leadEssential Mental and Physical FunctionsMental Functions:Strong decision making. Decisions generally affect own job or specific functional area.
