Job Description:
A company is looking for an Event Specialist to coordinate
customer visits and assist in large-scale sales events.
Key Responsibilities
Book reservations for VIP customers, including accommodations and
transportation
Travel to remote event locations to oversee event execution and
vendor management
Manage multiple projects related to meeting/event planning and
ensure logistical details are effectively planned
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in Event Planning, Hospitality, or
Travel
Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or a relevant
field
Evening and weekend availability required as needed, with 20%
travel to event locations
