Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Community Outreach Specialist
based in Detroit, MI.
Key Responsibilities
Execute community partnership strategy and business plan to meet
sales goals and enrollment targets
Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and
community organizations to foster referral partnerships
Monitor referral data and industry trends to refine outreach
strategies and improve effectiveness
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business,
marketing, or a related field
4-7 years of experience in healthcare outreach, sales, account
management, or partnerships
At least 2 years of project management experience with a
partnership aspect
Existing relationships with behavioral health providers and
healthcare systems
Consistent access to a private work environment suitable for remote
work
