A company is looking for a Dealer Parts Contact Center Agent
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Own the customer experience by promptly answering dealer inquiries
and ensuring high satisfaction
Build and maintain strong partnerships with external and internal
stakeholders to resolve part availability needs
Provide detailed documentation of correspondences and support
services to dealers to reduce Total Vehicle Downtime
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of customer service experience within an office
setting
1-3 years of experience with Microsoft Suite
Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute
High School Diploma or equivalent
