high-quality components, and superior service. As the Aftermarket
Sales Manager, you will lead a growing team focused on maximizing
customer partnerships, expanding product offerings, and driving
profitable revenue in a fast-paced, technically advanced
environment. Job Summary: The Aftermarket Sales Manager (Parts &
Tooling Sales Manager) is responsible for the strategic direction,
sales performance, and profitability of the Parts & Tooling
department. This role oversees a dedicated sales team, leads sales
strategy, develops customer programs, and drives initiatives to
grow sales volume, margins, and customer satisfaction. Duties and
Essential Job Functions: Analyze sales data and champion new
initiatives to drive profitable revenue growth. Develop and execute
strategies to expand the customer base. Create programs integrating
tooling and parts sales with new machine orders to strengthen
customer partnerships. Manage the P&L of the parts department
and ensure revenue/margin targets are met. Identify new product
areas and expand online store offerings. Lead, motivate, and mentor
the Parts & Tooling sales team. Train and develop the skills and
knowledge of team members. Ensure processes and procedures are
followed; document improvements and best practices. Maintain strong
customer relationships and sales volume through consistent
communication and service. Resolve customer issues related to parts
and tooling quickly and effectively. Interface with vendors,
purchasing, and production departments to support new product
introductions. Gather feedback from service technicians and sales
teams regarding customer needs and purchasing behavior. Oversee
accurate order processing and department profitability. Develop,
manage, and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the
team. Ensure pricing accuracy and proper documentation in ERP and
CRM systems. Complete other duties to support departmental and
company objectives. Skills and Qualifications: Proven ability to
develop and execute sales strategies that increase revenue, expand
customer base, and improve profitability. Demonstrated success
managing, motivating, and developing a high-performing sales team.
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with customers
and vendors. Experience managing online store sales and leveraging
digital channels for revenue growth. Proficiency analyzing sales
data, managing KPIs, and navigating ERP/CRM systems. Ability to
streamline processes, enforce best practices, and ensure
operational efficiency. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation
skills for communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Background in parts and tooling sales with strong product knowledge
