Job Description:
A company is looking for a Regional Quality Manager responsible
for overseeing quality programs and improving performance metrics
in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Build relationships and motivate partner quality staff to achieve
operational goals
Coordinate resources and manage problem resolution to meet business
objectives
Produce metrics reports and implement corrective action plans to
meet STAR goals
Required Qualifications
5 or more years of experience in process management and HEDIS/STAR
initiatives
Experience in quality initiatives and metrics performance
5 or more years of experience in project coordination or
management
Bachelor's Degree in business administration or healthcare
preferred
Proficient in computer skills, particularly Excel; EMR experience
preferred
